24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to book in. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you may be charged for the appointment. 

If a treatment is cancelled or deferred at short notice because you have (or someone in your family has) COVID-19 or has symptoms of COVID-19, any standard cancellation fees will be waivered. You will be asked to kindly confirm in writing that your appointment has been cancelled or deferred because you have COVID-19 or symptoms of COVID-19.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Out of respect and consideration to other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. 

When calling to schedule an appointment please leave a message. If I am in a treatment or teaching, I will return your call as soon as I can.

Inappropriate Behavior

Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage
whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session.
Depending on the behavior exhibited I may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary.
